However, one always has to try. Don't worry too much about what is going on with the publishers. Things will settle down, methods and avenues will be modified and then they will be purchasing stories again. Not all the publishers are closed for new submissions: DAW and Tor are still accepting fantasy and paranomals, Harlequin has a new erotica novella series they're looking to read submissions for. It's more a case of they're cutting the wheat from the chaff. As writers we have to come up with something more unique than ever before. So, I'm rolling up my sleeves and getting ready to play with that moulding clay. Sounds like you are too.Barbara Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00610140328527165017noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7920432050136375547.post-294522257271607122008-12-29T16:25:00.000-08:002008-12-29T16:25:00.000-08:00Hey Karen. It may help you to make realistic goals - ones you know you can meet, and you hold yourself to - and high-bar goals that you would love to reach, but might be more destructive than they're worth. This is the one process that seems to help me. :)

Happy New Year
-CACreative Ahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02960292977608812418noreply@blogger.com
